Diet / Fitness 04-11-06

Not that I’m in the mood to post this, but, anyhow..

  • Some Smart Start cereal
  • Couple of salads
  • an apple
  • finished off the South Beach Diet wrap
  • maybe some other odds ‘n ends that I don’t recall…

For fitness I walked half way to my mother’s job and then walked around for a bit with her. This was arranged yesterday. The walk was only 30 minutes max, but it got the legs moving anyway.

…and there’s that. I really should remember to do my sit ups and push ups, but tonight is for thinking. Not working.

  4. An interesting idea.

    My father’s health history is one of the reasons why I decided to eat healthy and to exercise. He’s had heart problems, as well, and so has many others on his side of the family.

    They’ve all been smokers and have lived unhealthy life styles in general as well.

    You could say that I’m the “black sheep” of the family. ;)
