Diet 04-10-06
- Breakfast
- Same as yesterday, Granola cereal /w vanilla soy milk
- Brunch
- Cheese sandwhich, worse thing I ate all day
- Lunch
- Salad (Romania lettuce, spinnach, & broccoli) /w I think blue cheese ranch
- EDIT: Oh yeah, and some mixed nuts.
- Dinner
- Same as breakfast. ^_^
- Drinks
- Finished off the Perfectly Protein drink
- …and of course water
This is as best as I can remember today’s diet. :p
